3686 Festival was back in action for an in-person event, and it was fantastic.
Hundreds of founders, investors, and community leaders gathered to share ideas and insights into their journeys.
As I looked around the main stage room and spoke to various people throughout the week, I noticed one common theme:
The life of an entrepreneur requires you to iterate, abandon ideas, build upon concepts, and skill-up constantly. Each person that I spoke with at the festival embodied these traits and showed a level of resilience with their mindset.
If you’re looking to surround yourself with individuals of this caliber I highly suggest getting involved with LaunchTN and your local network partner, which can be found here: launchtn.org
